    Here are some of the resources we used in the restoration of our building and a few you might find valuable.
    • Gilpin Historical Society
      The Gilpin Historical Society is a powerful network of individuals/businesses who share your commitment to preserve, promote and interpret Gilpin County History.
    • City of Boulder Historic Preservation
      Planning and Development Services (P&DS) is a service-oriented workgroup with a wide range of responsibilities.
    • Boulder County Open Space
      The Boulder County Open Space mission is to conserve natural, cultural and agricultural resources and provide public uses that reflect sound resource management and community values.
    • Nederland Historical Society
      The mission of the Nederland Area Historical Society is to collect, preserve and exhibit documents, artifacts and other records of Nederland area history for the education and enjoyment of the public.
    • Arvada Historical Society
      AHS' dedicated volunteers are always organizing and cataloging their collections, and plan to begin posting information from the archives on their website during the process. You are invited to browse their website to learn more about their history.
    • Golden Landmarks Association
      Founded in 1971 and incorporated in 1972, the Golden Landmarks Association is one of the oldest non-profit historic preservation organizations in Colorado. Our purpose is to preserve the rich and colorful history of Golden, Colorado.
    • Lakewood Historical Society
      The Lakewood Historical Society was formed in 1974 to restore, preserve, and share Lakewood's history. We maintain an active working partnership with the City of Lakewood in managing and supporting the Lakewood Heritage Center, Belmar Museum.
    • Westminster Historical Society
      Incorporated in 1962 the Westminster Historical Society is an active organization dedicated to the preservation of Westminster's history.
    • Wheat Ridge Historical Society
      Incorporated in 1984 for the purpose of providing mutual support and promotion for member museums and museum professionals; serving as a forum to exchange ideas, artifacts and exhibits, and to collect information.

      The National Trust for Historic Preservation provides leadership, education, advocacy, and resources to save America's diverse historic places and revitalize our communities.
    • National Register of Historic Places
      National Register of Historic Places is the official list of the Nation's historic places worthy of preservation.
    • NPS.gov Photo Gallery
      Most of the historic pictures you will find here come from the Thomas Edison National Historical Park collection of 60,000 images.
